♦ Design-Build Services - This service is offered to clients who would like a single source to design and construct their project. Services included are: conducting strategic alignment with talented and reputable design professionals, appointing a team leader for the interaction with clients, preparing a cost estimate and proposal for the design and construction of the project, maintaining standard design procedures, managing the construction and providing one-stop shopping for the owner.

♦ Pre-Construction - The early involvement of Treacy Brothers allows input as to the cost estimates, schedule, value engineering and management and other pre-construction aspects of the project. Some of the services offered are: budget preparation and estimating, construction feasibility, Preparation of preliminary schedule, document review, bidding process, reporting information, permitting, quality assurance and coordination of owner's separate vendors.

◊ Pre-Construction - The early involvement of Treacy Brothers as the construction manager allows input in the pre-construction aspects of the project as well as the construction thereafter. Some of the services Treacy Brothers covers as a Construction Manager are: budget preparation, value engineering and value management, construction feasibility, bidding process, design input, document review, reporting information, permitting and quality assurance. ◊ Construction - Upon completing or in conjunction with the pre-construction services, Treacy Brothers will begin the construction phase of the project. Services provided during this phase include: safety & work plan, permitting, project management/site supervision, coordination process, shop drawings and submittals, cost control, applications for payment, final inspection and occupancy permit and project closeout.

♦ General Contracting Services - Services Treacy Brothers provides for projects that have been procured in the traditional design bid build method are: site logistics, purchasing, permitting, site supervision/project management, reporting and cost control, applications for payment, final inspections and occupancy permit and commissioning and project closeout.
